Description

[Egypt, Late period (715–332 BCE), Dynasties 25–26] Several attendants are trussing an ox in preparation for its ritual slaughter, either as a food offering to the deceased or as part of the funerary feast. It is probably a direct copy of an Old Kingdom relief.
