τάτου Ἁθὺρ β ια ἰνδικτίωνος. ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Βίκτορος ουκεραμοπλάστου ὁρμωμένου καὶ αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως· ὁμολογῶ ἐγὼ ὁ προειρημένος Βίκτωρ διὰ ταύτης μου τῆς ἐγγράφου ὁμολογίας ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισ θῶσθαι παρά σου ἐφ’ ὃν βούλει χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ νεομηνίας τοῦ παρελ θόντος μηνὸς Φαῶφι τῆς παρούσης ἑνδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος τὴν ὑπάρχουσάν σοι οἰκίαν σὺν χρηστηρίοις πᾶσι δικαίοις διακειμένην ἐπ’ ἀμφόδου Πόλεως λιβὸς ἐν τῷ δημοσίαν ἀγορὰν πρὸς χρῆσιν ἐμὴν ἐνοικείου ταύτης κατ’ ἔτος κούφων ὅπερ ἐνοίκειον ἀποδώσω σοι πρὸς λῆξιν ἑκάστου ἔτους ἀνυπερθέτως, καὶ ὁπόταν βουληθείης ἔχειν παραδώσω σοι τὴν οἰκίανCross-references (3)
