Description

This male figure wears only a loin cloth as he leans forward, appearing to walk while carrying a heavy burden on his back. His left arm is bent at the elbow, with the hand at shoulder height, in order to hold something, which may have been attached by the large holes that are present on his left hip and shoulder.

For the latest information about this object, Male Figure, visit the Online Collection of the Walters Art Museum.
