ἔτους πρώτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Γαίου Μεσσίου Τραιανοῦ Δεκείου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ μηνὸς Ξαντικοῦ Μεχεὶρ εἰκάδι ἐν Ἡ ρακλέους πόλει τῇ ὑπὲρ Μέμφιν. ἐπρίατο Αὐρήλιος Ἡράκλειος ὁ καὶ Νεμεσιανὸς Ὠριγένους μητρὸς Τιαῆσις ἀφʼ Ἡρακλέους πόλεως ἀρχαίας καὶ θεοφίλου ὡς ἐτῶν τεσσαράκοντα πέντε οὐλὴ μετώπῳμετόπῳ παρὰ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Νεμεσιανοῦ ὡς ἐτῶν τεσσαράκοντα ὀκτὼ οὐλὴ μετώπῳμετόπῳ μετὰ συνβεβαιωτοῦ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἡρακλεί ου μητρὸς Ἡρωνίδου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς Ἡρακλέους πόλεως ὡς ἐτῶν τριάκοντα τεσ σάρων οὐλὴ πήχει δεξιῷ ὃν καὶ αὐτὸς ἐώνηται ἐν τῇ λαμπροτάτῃ πόλει Λύρβῃ ἐπὶεντυρβη δημιουργοῦ ἱερέως θεᾶς Ῥώμης καὶ γυμνασιάρχου Καλλίστου τιλλίου Καλλίστου δοῦλον ὀνόματι Κᾶρον γένει Ποντικὸν ὡς ἐτῶν δέκα τριῶν , ὃν καὶ αὐτόθι παρείληφεν ὁ Αὐρήλιος Ἡράκλειος ὁ καὶ Νεμεσιανὸς τοῦτον τοιοῦτον ἀναπόρριφον χωρὶς ἐπαφῆς καὶ ἱερᾶς νόσου τιμῆς νην τ τιμὴν ἀργυρίου νομίσματος δραχμαὶ Μάρκος Αὐρήλιος Λουκιανὸς α Αὐρηλίου Ἡρα κλείου τοῦ καὶ Νεμεσιανοῦ ωλων Μάρκος Αὐρήλιος Λουκιανὸς ασπριας τὸν δοῦλον Κᾶρον καθαρὸν ἀπό τε ἄλλων πράσεων ἢ ἑτέρων οἰκονομιῶν. βεβαιοῖ δὲ ὁ αὐτὸς παρὼν Μάρκος Αὐρήλιος Λουκιανὸς καὶ συμβεβαιωτὴς
