Διονύσιος Πανίσκωι χαίρειν. τοῦ πρὸς Ἡρακλείδην τὸν σιτολόγον χρηματισμοῦ ἀντίγραφον ὑπόκειται. ἔρρωσο ἔτους ιη Ἐπεὶφ θ Ἡρακλείδῃ. μέτρησον συνεπιστέλλοντος Πανίσκου τοῦ βασιλικοῦ γραμματέως τοῖς ἐν Τιλώθει ἱερεῦσι τὰς διὰ τῆς διαγραφῆς καὶ ἕως τοῦ ιζ ἔτους προειμένας πυροῦ ἀρτάβας ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα καὶ σύμβολα καὶ ἀντισύμβολα ποίησαι πρὸς αὐτοὺς ὡς καθήκει.
