καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Οὐεσπασιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ τύχην ταῖς ἀληθείαις οὕτως ἔχειν. εὐορκοῦντι μέν μοι εὖ εἴη, ἐφιορκοῦντι δὲ τὰ ἐναντία. ἔτους α Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Οὐεσπασιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ, μηνὸς Καισαρείου ιζ.
