Πτολεμαίωι κωμο γραμματεῖ κώμης Βακχιάδος παρὰ Θαήσεως τῆς Ψεν ατύμεως τοῦ Αὐνείους μη τρὸς Θαήσεως ἀπὸ τῆς προκει μένης κώμης Βακχιάδος μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ συνγενοῦς Ἀπολλωνίου τοῦ Ἀπολλωνίου. ὁ ὁμοπάτριος καὶ ὁμομήτριός μου ἀδελφὸς Αὐνῆς ἀναγραφό μενος ἐπὶ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Βακχιάδος ἄτεχνος ὢν ἐτελεύτησεν ἐν τῷ Μεχεὶρ μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιδ ἔτους Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. διὸ ἀξιῶ ταγῆ ναι αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ τῶν τετε λευτηκότων τάξει.
