Θερενούθεως τοῦ Προσωπίτου νομοῦ Ἁρπάλῳ Παβοῦτος ἀπὸ κώμης Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ πε πρακέναι σοι ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων μοι καμήλων κάμηλον θήλειαν τελείαν μίαν πυρρὰν κεχαραγμένηνκεχαρακμενη ἐπὶ τῷ μηρῷ δεξιῷ ἀραβικὸν χάραγμα καὶ ἀπέχω παρὰ σοῦ τὴν συνπεφωνη μένην τιμὴν πᾶσαν ἐκ πλήρους ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς πεντακοσίας ὀγδοήκοντα γίνονται δραχμαὶ φπ καὶ βεβαιώσω σοισε πάσῃπάσι βεβαιώσειβεβαιωσον ταύτην τοιαύτην ἀναπόρριφονἀναπόριφον. ἔτους ιζ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς Τῦβι κε. Ich bestätige, daß ich Dir verkauft habe von den mir gehörenden Kamelen ein Kamel – weiblich, ausgewachsen, eines, markiert auf dem rechten Schenkel mit einem arabischen Schriftzeichen –, und ich habe von Dir erhalten den ganzen vereinbarten Kaufpreis vollständig in Höhe von fünfhundertachtzig Silberdrachmen , das sind 5[80] Drachmen, und ich werde die Garantie in jeder Form übernehmen (und ich habe die Kamelstute verkauft als) so, wie sie (jetzt) beschaffen ist, nicht zurückzugeben . And I have received from you the full price agreed upon in full, five hundred and eighty silver drachmas = 5[80] drachmas. And I shall guarantee you with every guarantee .
