Κωνσταντῖνοςκωσσταντινος Ἰωάννῃ ἀπαιτητῇ Πτολεμαίδος. παράσχου τὰ βληθέντα εἰς τὸ ἁλιάδιον τοῦ δεσπό του ἡμῶν τοῦ ἁγίου Ἀλεξάνδρου καὶ πεμφθέντα ἐν τῷ Ἀρσινοεί τι καὶ ὀφειλόμενα πραθῆναι διὰ Ἱερημία παιδὸς φακῆς ἀρτάβας ρλβ μόνον· γίνονται φακῆς ἀρτάβαι ἑκατὸνἑκατὼν τριάκοντα δύο μόνον μηνὸς Χοιὰκ ια ἰνδικτίωνος δωδεκάτης.
