Στέφανος δοῦλος τῆς θεοτόκου Ἰωάννῃ ἀπαιτητῇ Πτολεμαίδος. παράσχου εἰς τροφὴν ταύρου α καὶ βοιδίων ϛ ρ τοῦ μοναστηρίου Πτολεμαίδος τρεφομένων διὰ Σαμοῦν προγεωργοῦπρωγεωργοῦ ὑπὲρ τοῦ Ἐπὶφ μηνὸς ια ἰνδικτίωνος ἑκάστῳ βοιδίῳ ἡμερῶν ζ γ καὶ 𐅵 ὑπὲρ ταύρου α γίνονται δύο ἥμισυ· γίνονται ὀρόβου ἀρτάβαι β 𐅵 μόνον, μηνὸς Φαρμοῦθι λ ἰνδικτίωνος ιβ.
