τὴν ὅλην περίστασιν τῶν τόπων ἐν ᾗ εἶναι πύργον καὶ τὸ προνήσιον καὶ τοὺς πεπραμένους ὑπὸ τοῦ προφήτου τόπους λαάρχου τινὸς ἀρχαίου γεγονέναι καὶ ὑποπίπτεινὑποπείπτειν τῶι ἰδίωι λόγωι ἐν ἐπικρίσει τετάχαμεν διὰ τὸ τοὺς πρεσβυτέρους μὴ τὸ αὐτὸ συνορίζεσθαι περὶ δὲ μόνων τῶν πεπραμένων ψιλῶν τόπων κεχειρογραφηκέναι ἀδεσπότους αὐτοῖς πεφηνέναι οἰκονομίας αὐτοῖς μὴ ἐπενηνοχέναι.
