Ἀμμωνοθέωνι ἐπισκόπῳ Αὐρήλιος Βῆσις Ἀκώριος ἀπὸ τοῦ χαίρειν. ἐπειδὴ σήμερον ἐχειροτονήθην εἰς τὴν σὴν διακονίαν καὶ προφοράν σοι ἐξεδόμην πρὸς τὸ ἀπαράβλητόν με εἶναι τῆς ἐπισκοπῆςἐπεισκοπῆς σου, διὰ τοῦτο ὁμολογῶ διὰ τοῦδε τοῦ γραμματίου μὴ ἐνκαταλείπειν σε μηδὲ μετέρχεσθαι ἐπισκόπου ἢ πρεσβυτέρου ἢ κ μὴ συνπείθοι διὰ τὸ ἐμὲ ἐπὶἐπεὶ τούτοις ἐὰν δὲ θελήσω ἀποστῆναι σου ἢ καὶ χωρὶς γραμμάτων μ ρου τυγχάνειντυχάνιν δῆθεν ἐγὼ τῆς δια λα λαικῆς κοινωνίας μεταξιω μην σοι τὸ γραμματῖον τοῦτο πρὸς ἀσφάλειαν καὶ ὃ μὴ εἴη ἐὰν πράξω τοῦτο ὑπεύθυνος ἔσο μαι τοῖς μεταξὺ ὡρισθεῖσιὡρισθῖσει καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. καὶ μὴ ἐξεῖναι κοινωνεῖνκοινωνῖν με μυς γενομένῳ στη ἐὰν μὴ ς τῷ προκειμένῳ Αὐρήλιος Βῆσις ὁ προκείμενος τέθειμαιτέτιμαι τὸ προκείμε νον γράμμα καὶ ὡμολόγησα ὡς πρόκειται.
