κυρίῳ μου ἀδελφῷ Σαραπίωνι Βίκτορος διαστολεῖ Σαραπίων Εὐλογίου μοναχὸς χαίρειν. κούφισονκυφισον τὸ ὄνομαονομ Εὐλογίουλογιου Πετρωνίου ἐπὶ τῆς εὐτυχοῦς τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος ἰδιωτικῆς γῆς ἀρούρας ἓξ μετὰ τῶν αἱρούντων τῆς ἠπείρου καὶ πρόσθες τῷ ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου μου τοῦ θαυμασιωτάτου καὶ μαγίστορος Σαραποδώρου ἐπὶ τῆς τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος ὑπὲρ τ ς ἐξέδωκά σοι ταύτην χεῖρα πρὸς ἀσφάλειαν.
