διαγέγραφε Φαῆρις Παμώνθου διὰ Ἀσκληπιᾶς ὑπὲρ σκελ α ἔτους δραχμὰς ἑπτὰ ὀβολοὺς πέντε ἡμιωβέλιον γίνονται ζ ὀβολοὶ ε 𐅵 καὶ προσδιαγραφόμενα. ἔτους α ΑὔλουὨλου Οὐιτελλίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος Ἐπὶφ κδ.
