Θέων Σεραπίωνος ἐγ νουμέ ρου Πορφυρίτου ἀριθμοῦ Κλαυ διανοῦ Ποσιτᾶτει τεσσεραρίῳθεσαραρίῳ χαίριν. ὁμολογῶ προκεχρῆ σθαιπροκεχρῆσται παρὰ σοῦ τὸ ὀψώνιόντον ψώνιόν μου καὶ τὸ κιβάριν ὑπὲρ μηνὸς Παυνει τοῦ ἔτους ζ ἔτους Ἀντωνί νου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου.
