Ἱέραξ καὶ μέτοχοι τελῶναι θησαυροῦ ἱερῶν Φθουμώνθῃ Παμοντεκύσιος καὶ Παουάσι υἱῷ. ἔσχομεν τὸ βαλανευτικὸν τοῦ ιβ ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Παῦνι κ. ἄλλαι Φαρμοῦθι ις τοῦ ιγ ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου ὀνόματος Φθουμώνθου Παμοντεκύσιος. ἔσχομεν τὸ βαλανευτικόν.
