μεμέτρηκεν εἰς θησαυρὸν μητροπόλεως καὶ Κάτω τοπαρχίας ἀπὸ γενήματος τοῦ ζ ἔτους ὑπὲρ μητροπόλεως Παχοῦμις ὁμοίως Χεμσνέως πυροῦ ἀρτάβας σωροῦ vestigesἔτους ζ Ἐπεὶφ κη. Σαραπίων Ψενσενπ καὶ Ἀπολλώνιος Δομιτίου πράκτορες σιτικῶν μητροπόλεως Παχούμει ὁμοίως Χεμσνέως χαίρειν. ἐσχήκαμεν παρὰ σοῦ ἀφʼ ὧν τ ὑπὲρ τοῦ αὐτοῦ παειφ θησαυρ ἄλλο ὑπὲρ τῆς αὐτῆς μητροπόλεως λημμάτων ζ ἔτους πυροῦ ἀρτάβης τέταρτον, γίνεται πυροῦ ἀρτάβης δ. ἔτους ζ Μεσορὴ θ.
