The decision to use a separate `inscription` table (1:N) is well-validated now (Fitz + ISAC both). - Flag 2 (transcription presence): VARIES by source. Fitzwilliam has MdC transliteration; ISAC has English description. Both are useful — they populate different columns of the `inscription` row. - Flag 3 (cross-ref gap): NOT a gap for ISAC's RA → publication PDFs.
