Fragment of a tomos sunkoll�simos. Two documents survive, still stuck together (the size measurement includes both). The declarations were presented to the grammateis pole�s by the inhabitants of the amphodon Hermaiou.

The verso of the roll containing census returns has been reused for some accounts concerning agricultural works. According to the editor this must have taken place a few decades after the recto was written.
