فى العام الثالث عشر من حكم تيبريوس كلاوديوس القيصر أغسطس جيرمانيكوس الإمبراطور. أتم أونيس بن أرثوتوس عمله الإجبارى فى تطهير الترع وصيانة السدود لمدة خمسة أيام فى قناة الرى الصالحة للملاحة فى نفس هذا العام عن قرية ثيادلفيا بخط يد ثانية : وقعت أنا ديونيسيوس. بخط يد ثالثة : وقعت أنا حربوكراتيس . بخط يد رابعة : وقعت أنا ديديموس سكرتير الكاتب الملكي.
