Φλαυίῳ Ἀθανασίῳ υἱῷ τῷ λαμπροτάτῳ καὶ σοφωτάτῳ σχολαστικῷ φόρου Θηβαίδος παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ταυρίνου υἱοῦ Σερήνου γεωργοῦ ἀπὸ ἐποικίουἐποικεου καλουμένου Περσέων νοφι τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Τερτεμσάκη τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ διάγοντος τὰ νῦντον ἐνταῦθα ἐπὶ τῆς Ἀντινοέωνἐπὶ ταύτης τῆς ἈντινοέωνἈντινόου πόλεως. ὁμολογῶ ἐγὼ ὁ αὐτὸς Ταυρῖνος γεωργὸς διὰ ταύτης μου τῆς ἐγγράφου ἀσφαλείας ὀφείλειν καὶ χρεωστεῖν χρυσοῦ κεράτια ἓξ ζυγῷ, γίνονται χρυσοῦ κεράτια ϛ, καὶ ταῦτα ὁμολογῶ παρασχεῖν τῇ σῇ λαμπρότη τι ὁπόταν βουληθῇς, χωρίς τινος ἀντιλογίας. καὶ εἰς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν τοῦτό σοι πεποίημαι τὸ ἐντάγιονἐντάκιον μεθʼ ὑπογραφῆς ἐμῆς ὡς πρόκειται Αὐρηλίου Ταυρίνου υἱοῦ Σερήνου γεωργοῦ στοιχεῖ μοι πάντα ὡς πρόκειταιCross-references (3)
