χαῖρεχαίροις κύριέ μου ἀσύγκριτεἀσύνκριτε ἄδελφε Παῦλε, Ἀρριανός σε προσαγορεύωπροσαγορεύωι. εὐχόμενός σοι τὰ ἐν βίῳ κάλλιστα ὑπαρχθῆναι. τοῦ μηνιείου Μηνιβίου ἐρχομένου πρὸς ὑμᾶς ἀναγκαῖονἀναγ κε͂ον ἡγησάμην προσαγορεῦσαί σεσαιπροσαγορεῦσαί σεπροσαγορεῦσέ σαι ἅμα τῷ κυρίῳ πατρὶ ἡμῶν· καὶ νῦν ὑπομιμνήσκωὑπομημνήκω ὑμᾶς περὶ τῆς γυμνασιαρχίας, ἵνα ἐνθάδε μὴ ἐνοχλώμεθαἐνοχλούμε θα. Ἡρακλείδης γὰρ οὐ δύναταιδύναιταιδιναιται λαλῆσαιμνῆσαιμνίσαι· αὐτὸς γὰρ ὠνομάσθηὀνομάσθη εἰς τὴν βουλήν. ἀφορμὴν οὖν εὑρὲ τὰς ας β ἀρούρας ὠνήσασθαιὠνήσασθε. ἀλλὰ καὶ τὸ γαρέλαιόνγαρέλεόν μοι πέμ ψον οἷον ἐάνἠὰν δοκιμάσῃς καλὸνκολὸν εἶναι. ἡ δὲ κυρία τεκοῦσα ἡμῶν ὁλοκληροῦσα προσαγορεύειπροσαγορεύι ὑμᾶς ἅμα ταῖς συμβίοις ὑμῶν καὶ τοῖς γλυκυτάτοις τέκνοις μετὰ τῶν ἀδελφῶν καὶ πάντωνπάντες τῶνοἱ ἡμετέρωνἡμέτε ροι. προσαγόρευε τὸν ἀδελφὸν ἡμῶν γένην καὶ τὸν Ξύδην. σὲ οἱ ἡμέ- τεροι πάντες προσαγορεύουσιν. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι ὁλοκληρ οῦντα ἐν κυρίῳ.
