τῷ θεοφιλεστάτῳ Ἐπιφανίῳ ξτατος σὺν θεῷ κόμης. ἐπέτρεψα τῇ ὑμετέρᾳ θεοφιλίᾳ ἤτοι καὶ ᾔτησα αὐτὴν ὥστε ἀπὸ λιθοπλάκων ποιῆσαιποιῆσε τὸ ὁσπίτιονὁσπίτιν σου, ὃ ἐμισθώσω καὶ τέκτονας βαλεῖνβαλῖν καὶ ποιῆσαιποιῆσε αὐτῷαὐτο͂ͅ γενέσθαι καὶ μαγειρεῖονμαγιρῖον ἔσω εἰς τὴν αὐλὴν καὶ βαλεῖνβαλῖν σε λίθους καὶ κο νίας καὶ πισσόμενα καὶ ξύλα ἀγόρασαιἀγόρασε καὶ ἁπλῶς εἰπεῖνἰπῖν πάντα φιλοκαλέσαιφιλοκαλέσε ἐξαιρέτωςἐξερέτως δὲ καὶ τὸ μέγαμέγαν προάστιον ἐμοῦ καταλογιζομένου πάντα τὰ δαπανήματα τὰ παρά σου γινόμενα εἰς πλήρης καὶ συστάσεως γινομένης ἤγουν πίστεως εἰς πλήρης σοι πάντα καταλογίζομαικαταλογίζομε μετὰ εὐχαριστίας. ἐγράφη μηνὶ Μεσορὴ ιϛ .
