Αὐρήλιοι Πακιμνηοῦς Πατερμουθίου τεσσαλάριος καὶ Σαραπίων Ἀπολλωνίου καὶ Ἀρτεμίδωρος Παμουθίου ἀμφότεροι κώμαρχοι καὶ Ναραοῦς δημόσιος πάντες ἀπὸ κώμης Βουτὼ τοῦ Μεμφίτου νομοῦ Αὐρηλίῳ Ἰσιδώρῳ τεσσαλαρίῳ κώμης Καρανίδος τοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου νομοῦ χαίρειν. ἐπειδὴ ἔχομεν ἡμεῖςἡμιν οἱ περὶ Πακιμνηοῦν ἀπὸ τῆς ἡμετέρας κώμης ἀνθρώπους ἐν φυγῇ, ἡμῶν ἐλθόντων εἰς τὴν προκειμένην κώμην Καρανίδα καὶ εὕρομέν τινας, ἐντεῦθεν ὁμολογοῦμεν ἐσχηκέναιἐσχηκναι αὐτοὺς παρὰ σοῦ καὶ οὐδένα λόγον ἔχομεν πρός σε ἤτοι πρὸς τὴν κώμην περὶ οὐδενὸς ἁπλῶς πράγματος, καὶ ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν. Πακιμνηοῦς ἐτῶν λ οὐλὴ ἄνωθενἄνοθεν ἀντικνημίῳ δεξιῷ. Σαραπίων ἐτῶν κζ οὐλὴ ἀντικνημίῳ δεξιῷ. Ἀρτεμίδωρος ἐτῶν κη οὐλὴ ἀντικνημίῳ ἀριστερῷ.
