πληροφορήσῃ ὁ Θεὸς τὴν ὑμετέραν ἀδελφικὴν διάθεσιν. μαρτύρομαι εἰς τὸ μεταξὺ πρᾶγμα Πάωτι καὶ τοῖς κληρικοῖς τῆς ἁγίας Μαρίας, ὅτι οὐ κατʼ ἀνάγκην ἐποίησαν αὐτῷ τὴν ἀντιμίσθωσιν, καὶ οὐ μόνον ὅτι ἐποίησαν τὴν ἀντιμίσθωσιν· μετʼ ἐγγυητοῦ ἐγένετο τὸ σύμφωνον, καὶ ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ἐγγυητής. εἰ οὖν οἰκονομεῖνοι οὐκ ἐξουσίαν ἔχουσιν τὰ γῄδια αὐτῶν, μανθάνετε πλέον· μοὶ παρακληθήτωπαρακλινεῖεν οὖν ἡ σὴ ἀδελφότης κελεῦσαι φυλάξαι αὐτῷ τὸ δίκαιον τὰς εἰρημένας ταύ τας ἀρούρας· οἱ γὰρ κληρικοὶ οὐκ ἐποίησαν παράλογον, δέσποτα τῷ ἐμῷ δεσπότῃ τῷ τὰ πάντα λαμπροτάτῳ καὶ εὐδοκιμωτάτῳ κυρίῳ Διοσκόρῳ Ἀναστάσιος νοτάριος
