μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Βασιλίου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἔτους εἰκοστοῦ τρίτου Φαρμοῦθι κα τρεισκαιδεκάτης. τῷ κοινῷ τῶν εὐλαβεστάτων μοναχῶν τοῦ εὐαγοῦς μοναστηρίου Ζμῖνος διὰ τοῦ θεοφιλεστάτου ἄπα Ἰωάννου μονάζοντος καὶ προεστῶτος τοῦ αὐτοῦ μοναστηρίου, κεκτημένου περὶ τὴν περαίαν τῆς Πανοπολιτῶν, παρὰ Αὐρηλίων Σενούθου, ἐκ πατρὸς Νούθου ἐκ μητρὸς Στεφανοῦτος, καὶ Ἰουλίου Ἀβρααμίου ἐκ μητρὸς Ταμινε, φυτοκοιλη ?, ἀμφοτέρων ἀπὸ τῆς εἰρημένης κώμης Ζμῖνος τοῦ αὐτοῦ Πανοπολίτου νομοῦ, χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦμεν ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως ἐξ ἀλληλεγγύης καὶ ἀλληλαναδοχῆς μεμισθῶσθαι παρʼ ὑμῶν πρὸς ὃν βούλεσθε χρόνον τὸ ὑπάρχον τῷ ὑφʼ ὑμᾶς εὐαγεῖ μοναστηρίῳ ὁλόκληρον πωμάριον διακείμενον ἐκ λίβος περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν κώμην, καλούμενον Ψαΐου50 Jινη, σὺν λάκκῳ ὁλοκλήρῳ καὶ ἐλαιῶσι καὶ φοίνιξι καὶ δικαίοις πᾶσιν τῆς πάσης αὐτοῦ περιοχῆς τε καὶ μονῆς τῆς ἔνδον μόνον, πλαστῆς γῆς, ἐφʼ ᾧ ἡμᾶς τοῦτο ἔχειν ὑφʼ ἡμᾶς εἰς γεωργίαν καὶ εἰς κατάθεσιν λαχάνων ἀδιαλείπτως ἰδίαις ἡμῶν χερσί τε καὶ κτήνεσι καὶ ἀναλώμασι, καὶ διδόναι ὑμῖν πάντοτε λάχανα τῶν γιγνομένων ἐξ αὐτοῦ παντοδαπῶν λαχάνων καὶ τοῦ ἐξ αὐτοῦ, εἰ συμβαίη, σπειρο μένου ηνιευξρος ἀπο
