Ἀπολλώνιος Ζήνωνι χαίρειν. τῶν ἐκ τοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου ζυτοποιῶν ε ὑφίσταται τοῦ ζυτοπωλίου τοῦ ἐν Φιλαδελφείαι σύνταξιν δώσειν εἰς τὸ βασιλικὸν τὴν ἡμέραν κριθῶν ἀρταβῶνἀρτάβας ιβ. συγγραψάμενος οὖν πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ χειρογραφίαν λαβὼν παράδος αὐτῶι τὸ ἐργαστήριον, παρακατάστησον δὲ καὶ πιστολογευτὴν ἀξιόπιστον τὸν ἐπακολουθήσοντα τῆι ἐργασίαι. τὸν δὲ νῦν ζυτοποιοῦντα συνανάγκασον τὰ δίκαια ποιῆσαι ὧν χρόνων πεπραγμάτευται. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους λα, Περιτίου ἐμβολίμου κη, Φαμενὼθ ϛ Ζήνωνι. ζυτοποιοῦ Πάιτος
