Ἀπολλώνιος Μένιππος ἀμ πελουργοὶ Ζήνωνι χαίρειν. καλῶς ἂν ποιήσαιςποήσαις φροντίσας περὶ ἡμῶν καὶ μνησθεὶς Μητροδώρωι ἵνα ἡμῖν ὀψώνιον τάξηται τῆς νυκτοφυλακίας, ὃ ἄν σοι φαίνηται ἱκανὸν εἶναι. ἐπίστηι γὰρ ὡς ἐ μεθα ἐν τῆι ἐργασίαι. ἐπορεύθημεν δὲ καὶ εἰς Βακχιάδα καὶ ἐχωροβατή σαμεν. γίνωσκε οὖν τὸν καρπὸν καλῶς ὑποφαίνοντα. κατελάβομεν δὲ καὶ τὸν Ἀτφεῦν πεφευγότα, ἐπιβολῆς αὐτῶι γενομένης περὶ λαχα νιῶν τινων. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους λζ, Μεχεὶρ κη.
