Ἀριστέας καὶ Παυσανίας Δημέαι χαίρειν. ἐπὶ μὲν τοῦ παρόντος οὐκ ἦν δυνατὸν συνεγδημῆσαι τῶι παιδὶ τῶι τὰς ἐπιστολὰς κομίζοντι, διὰ τὸ ἐμέ τε ἐνοχλεῖσθαι καὶ Παυσανίαν ἐν πρὸς ἀναγκαίαι ἀσχολίαι εἶναι, τοῦ δὲ Μεσορὴ ἐναρχομένου πειρασόμεθα παραγενέσθαι. πρὸς δὲ σὲ οὐθὲν μὴ διενεχθῶμεν. γεγράφαμεν δέ σοι καὶ Θεοκλεῖ τῶι Θεοδώρου υἱῶι δοῦναι πυρῶν ἀρτάβας πεντή κοντα . ὡς ἂν οὖν μετρήσηις, λαβὲ ἐπιστόλιον παρʼ αὐτοῦ τοῦ μετρήματος. ἔρρωσο.
