Μνασίστρατος Ζήνωνι χαίρειν. καλῶς ἂν ἔχοι εἰ ἔρρωσαι καὶ ὑγιαί νεις τῶι σώματι. ἐγὼ εἰς μεγάλην δὲ ἀρρωστίαν ἐνέπεσον καὶ εἰς ἀπο ρίαν. σὺ δὲ ἐπιμέλειαν ἔχε ἡμῶν καὶ ἐπίστελλέ μοι ἄν τί σοι βούλῃβουλὴ γινέ σθαι. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους κη Φαμενὼθ ζ.
