Ἰσιδώρᾳ κροταλιστρίᾳ παρὰ Ἀρτεμισίης ἀπὸ κώ μης Φιλαδελφείας. βούλομαι παραλαβεῖν σε σὺν ἑτέραις κρο ταλιστρίαις β λειτουργήσαιλιτουργησασαι παρʼ ἡμῖν ἐπὶ ἡμέρας ἓξ ἀπὸ τῆς κδ τοῦ Παῦνι μηνὸς κατʼ ἀρ χαίους, λαμβανόντων ὑμῶν ὑπὲρ μισθοῦ καθʼ ἡμέραν ἑκάσ την δραχμὰς λϛ καὶ ὑπὲρ πασῶν τῶν ἡμερῶν κριθῆς ἀρτάβας δ καὶ ἄρ των ζεύγη κ, ὅσαδὲ ἐὰν κατενέγκητεκατενέγκηται ἰμάτια ἢ χρυσᾶ κόσμια, ταῦτα σῶα παραφυ λάξομεν, παρεξόμεθα δὲ ὑμῖν κατερχομένοις ὄνους δύο καὶ ἀνερχομένοις τοὺς ἴσους. ἔτους ιδ Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου Εὐσεβοῦς Περτίνακος καὶ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστῶν καὶ Πουβλίου Σεπτιμίου Γέτα Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ.
