οφυλακίουχρεοφυλακείου. τῶν δὲ τελευτησάντων τὰς κληρονομίαςκληρονομείας ἀποδίδοσθαιἀποδίδοσθε τοῖς ἄγχιστα γένους, ἀγχιστεῖςἀγχιστε͂ς δὲ οἵδε· ἐὰν μὴ τέκνα λείπῃ ἢ υἱοποιήσηταιυἱοποιήσητε κατὰ τὸν νόμον, πατὴρ ἢ μήτηρ, μὴ ἄλλῳ ἀνδρὶ συν οικοῦσα· ἐὰν δὲ μηθεὶς τούτων ᾖ, ἀδελφοὶ ὁμοπάτριοι· ἐὰν δὲ μηδὲ οὗτοι ὦσιν, ἀδελφαὶἀδελφὲ ὁμοπάτριοι· ἐ ὰν δὲ μηθεὶςμηθὶς τούτων ᾖ, πατρὸς δὲ πατὴρ ἢ πατρὸς μήτηρ ἢ ἀνεψιὸς ἀπὸ πατρὸς γεγεννημένος, τού των ἡ κληρονομία ἔστω. ἐὰν δὲ μηθεὶςμηθὶς τούτων ὑπάρχῃ, βασιλικὴ ἡ οὐσία ἔστω. κατὰ δὲ ταῦτα ἔστωσαν καὶ αἱ ἀγχιστείαιἀγχιστίαι.Cross-references (3)
