βασιλεῖ Πτολεμαίωι χαίρειν τῆς τετάρτης ἱππαρχίας. ἀδικοῦμαι τῶν ἱερείων μου νεμομένων πρὸς τῶι α καὶ συνκλείσαντες εἰς τὰ μυρίκινα κτρουναι χοιρίδια ὀκτώ , καὶ ἔστιν ἡ ὗς τοῖς χοιριδίοις μετὰ ταῦτα ἑτέραν ἀπέκτειναν λευκήν, ἐνἐγ γαστρὶ ἔχουσαν, ἣ ἦν ἀξία δραχμῶν . δέομαι οὖν σου, βασιλεῦ, εἴ σοι δοκεῖ, προστάξαι Διοφάνει τῶι στρατηγῶι γράψαι Διοσκουρίδει τῶι ἐπιστάτηι, ἐὰν ἦι τὰ διὰ τῆς ἐντεύξεως ἀληθῆ, πρᾶξαι αὐτοὺς τὴν τιμὴν τῶν ἱερείων. τούτου γὰρ γενομένου, ἐπὶ σὲ κατα φυγών, τὸν πάντων κοινὸν εὐεργέτην, ἔσομαι τοῦ δικαίου τετευχώς. εὐτύχει.
