ἔτους ἑβδόμου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ μηνὸς Σεβαστοῦ εἰκάδι ἐν ΤεβτύνειΤεβτύνι τῆς Πολέμωνος μερίδος τοῦ Ἀρσινοΐτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογεῖ Ἡρακλείδης ὁ καὶ Οὐαλέριος Ἡρακλείδου τοῦ Μάρωνος ἀναγραφόμενος ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Ταμείων Πέρσης τῆς ἐπιγονῆς ὡς ἐτῶν τεσσεράκοντα ἕξ , οὐλὴ γόνατι ἀρισ τερῷ, Ταμύσθᾳ Διδύμου τοῦ καὶ Μυσθαρίωνος ὡς ἐτῶν τριάκον τα πέντε ἀσήμῳ μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἀνδρὸς Λυσιμάχου τοῦ Ἀπολλωνίου ὡς ἐτῶν τριάκοντα ὀκτώὀκτώι , οὐλὴ ποδὶ δεξιῷ, ἔχειν παρʼ αὐτῆς Ταμύσθας παραχρῆμα διὰ χειρὸς ἐξ οἴκου χρῆσιν ἔντοκον ἀργυρίου ἐπισήμου κεφαλαίου δραχμὰς διακοσίας δέκα δύο καὶ ἐπάναγκον τὸν ὁμολογοῦντα Ἡρακλείδην τὸν καὶ Οὐαλέριον ἀποδώσεινἀποδώσιν τῇ Ταμύσθᾳ τὰς τῆς χρήσεως ἀργυρίου κεφαλαίου δραχμὰς διακοσίας δέκα δύο καὶ τοὺς τόκους τῇ εἰκάδι τοῦ Τῦβι μηνὸς τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἑβδόμου ἔτους ἄνευ πάσης ὑπερθέσεως καὶ εὑρησιλογίαςεὑρησιλογείας, ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀπο δῷ καθʼ ἃ γέγραπταιγεγαπται, ἀποτεισάτωἀποτισάτω ὁ Ἡρακλείδης ὁ καὶ Οὐαλέριος τῇ Ταμύσθᾳ τὸ μὲν προκίμενον κεφάλαιον μεθʼ ἡμιολίας, τοὺς δὲ τόκους ἁπλοῦς, γεινομένης τῇ Ταμύσθᾳ τῆς πράξεως ἔκ τε τοῦ Ἡρακλείδου τοῦ καὶ Οὐαλερίου καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων αὐτῷ πάντων. Ἡρακλείδης ὁ καὶ Οὐαλέρις Ἡρακλείδου τοῦ Μάρωνος ἀπὸ Ταμείων ὁμολογῶ ἔ χειν παρὰ Ταμύσθας τῆς Διδύμου τοῦτο καὶ Μυσθαρίωνος διὰ χειρὸςχιρὸς ἐξ οἴκουὔκου χρῆσιν ἔντοκον ἀργυρίου κεφαλαίου δραχμὰς διακοσίας δέκα δύο , ἃς καὶ ἐπάναγκον ἀποδώσω τῇ εἰκάδι τοῦ ΤῦβιΤοῖβι μηνὸς τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἑβδόμου ἔτους ἀνυ περθέτως, γεινομένης αὐτῇ τῆς πράξεως ἔκ τʼ ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόν των μοι πάντων καθὼς πρόκειται. The 7th year of Imperator Caesar Trajans Hadrianus Augustus, the month of August the 20th, at Tebtunis in the Polemon district of the Arsinoite nome. Herakleides also called Valerius son of Herakleides son of Maron, registered in the Treasuries quarter, Persian of the epigone, about 46 years old, having a scar on the left knee, acknowledges to Tamystha daughter of Didymos also called Mystharion, about 35 years old, having no distinctive mark, with the assistance of her husband Lysimachos son of Apollonios, about 38 years old, having a scar on the right foot, that he has received from her, Tamystha, forthwith from hand to hand out of her house a loan of the capital sum of 212 drachmae of coined silver bearing interest; and the acknowledging party Herakleides also called Valerius is bound to repay to Tamystha the capital sum of the loan, say 212 dr., with the interest, on the 20th of the month of Tybi of the present 7th year without any delay or subterfuge. If Herakleides also called Valerius fails to repay as is written, he shall pay to Tamystha the aforesaid capital with a surplus of 50% and the simple interest, Tamystha having the right of execution on Herakleides also called Valerius and on all his property.
