ἔτους ἕκτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Νέρουα Τραιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Γερ μανικοῦ ἐν Τεβτύνει τῆς Πολέμωνος μερίδος τοῦ Ἀρσινοΐτου. ὁμολογεῖ Διόσκορος ὁ καὶ Κάστωρ Κρονίωνος τοῦ Κάστορος ὡς ἐτῶν τῶι τῆς τετελευτηκυίας αὐτοῦ μη τρὸς Ἀπολλωναρίου τῆς Λυσιμάχου ὁμομητρίωι ἀδελφῶι Ἡρακλείδῃ Μάρωνος ὡς ἐτῶν ἑξήκοντα δύο , οὐλὴ ὀφρύιὀφρύει ἀριστερᾷ ἀπέχεινἀπέχιν αὐτὸν παρʼ αὐτοῦ Ἡρακλείδου διὰ χειρὸς ἐξ οἴκου ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς τετρακοσίας μίαν ὀβολοὺς δύο , αἵ εἰσιν τὸ ἐπιβάλλον αὐτῷ Διοσκόρωι τρίτον μέρος τῶν γενομένων παρὰ τῶι Ἡρακλείδῃ ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν χιλίων διακοσίων τεσσάρωντεσάρων οὐσῶν ἀπὸ τῶν συνκεχωρημένων ὑπὸ τῆς τοῦ Ἡρακλείδου μητρὸς Θαυβαρίου τῆς Μύσθου, ἣ τετελεύτη κεν, τῇ τοῦ Διοσκόρου μητρὶ Ἀπολλωναρίωι καθʼ ὁμολογίαν συνγρα φοδιαθήκης τετελεσμένης διὰ τοῦ τῆς μητροπόλεως γραφείου ἔτει ἕκτῳ Δομιτιανοῦ μηνὸς Καισαρείου ἐπαγομένωνἐπαγωμένων ἕκτῃ ηππαρʼ αὐτῆς ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν δισχιλίων , ἀκολούθως καὶ τῶι γεγονότι ὑπό τε τοῦ Ἡρακλείδου καὶ τῶν τούτου ὁμομητρίων ἀδελφῶν Ἀπολλωνίου καὶ Λυσιμάχου τοῦ καὶ Γαΐου χειρογράφωι περὶ τῶν αὐτῶν δραχμῶν δισχιλίωνδισχειλίων , ὃ καὶ μένεινμένιν κύριον, πλὴν ἢ τῶν ἀποδιδομένων ὡς πρόκιται ὑπὸ τοῦ Ἡρακλείδου δραχμῶν τετρακοσίων μιᾶς ὀβολῶν δύο , καὶ μὴ ἐπελεύσεσθαι τὸν Διόσκορον ἐπὶ τὸν Ἡρακλείδην μηδὲ περὶ ὧν ἀπέσχηκεν καθότι πρόκειται, μηδὲ περὶ τόκων τούτων μηδὲ περὶ ὧν ἀπέσχηκεν ὁ τούτου πατὴρ Κρονίων τόκων ἔτι ἐναφήλικος ὄντος τοῦ Διοσκόρου ἀπὸ τῶν ἔνπροσθεν χρόνων μέχρι τῆς ἐνεστώτης ἡμέρας. Διόσκορος ὁ καὶ Κάστωρ Κρονίωνος ὁμολογῶ ἀπέχειν παρὰ τοῦ Ἡρακλείδου τὰς προκιμένας δραχμὰς τετρακοσίας μίαν ὀβολοὺς δύο καὶ μὴ ἐπελεύσεσθαιἐπελεύσασθαι μηδὲ περὶ τούτων μηδὲ περὶ τόκων μηδὲ περὶ ὧν ἀπέσχηκεν ὁ πατήρ μου Κρονίων τόκων πάντων καθὼς πρόκιται. The 6th year of Imperator Caesar Nerva Trajanus Augustus Germanicus (month, day) at Tebtunis in the Polemon district of the Arsinoite nome. Dioskoros also called Kastor, son of Kronion, son of Kastor, aged about … (description) acknowledges to Herakleides, son of Maron, aged about 62 years, having a scar on the left brow, brother from the same mother of his (viz. Dioskoros’) own deceased mother Apollonarion, daughter of Lysimachos, that he has received from him, Herakleides, from hand to hand out of his house 401 silver drachmae and 2 obols, being the third part due to him Dioskoros of the 1204 silver drachmae which came into the hands of Herakleides and belong to the 2000 silver drachmae granted by Herakleides’ deceased mother Thaubarion, daughter of Mysthes, to Dioskoros’ mother Apollonarion by a deed of syngraphodiatheke drawn up through the record-office of the metropolis in the 6th year of Domitianus, month of Kaisareios, 6th supplementary day - - -, also in conformity with the bond written by Herakleides and by Apollonios and Lysimachos also called Gaius, his brothers from the same mother, concerning the same 2000 drachmae; this bond remains valid except for the 401 drachmae 2 obols paid by Herakleides as aforesaid. And Dioskoros shall not proceed against Herakleides neither on account of the sum received as aforesaid nor of the interests of the capital nor of the interests which his father Kronion received when Dioskoros was still a minor, from former times up to the present day.
