Νίκωνι Ἀρείου μισθωτῇ τέλους ἱεροβουκόλωνἱεροῦ Βουκόλων παρὰ Κάστορος Κάστορος καὶ Ὡρίωνος Χαιρήμονος καὶ Ἥρωνος ἀπάτορος μητρὸς Δι δύμης καὶ Νικάνδρουνικανδρος Ὠρι γένους διὰ τοῦ πατρὸς Ὠριγένους καὶ Ἰσᾶ Μελανᾶ καὶ Διοσκόρου Ἥρωνος καὶ Πε τεσούχου Διοσκόρου καὶ Μαλλαῖ Πνεφερῶτος τῶν ὀκτὼ καὶ τῶν λοιπῶν πρεσβυτέρων κώμης Θεαδελφίας. ἐπιζητοῦντί σοι ἐκ τίνος ἀπαιτεῖται τὸ προκείμενον ἀπότακτον δηλοῦμεν ὀφείλειν ἀπαιτεῖσθαι τὸ ἀπό τακτον τοῦτοτοντο ἐκ Χαιρή μονος Ἰεμούθου.
