παρὰ τῶν κληρικῶν τῆς ἁγίας ἐκκλησίας τῆςτη μητροπόλεως τοῦ Ἀνταιοπολίτου Φοιβάμμωνι Τριαδέλφου χαίρειν. ἐκομισάμεθαἐκομιθα καὶ ἐπληρώθημεν παρὰ σοῦ τῶν ἐκφορίων τῶν ὑπὸ σὲ ἡμῶν ἀρουρῶν διακειμένων ἐν πεδίῳ Τηρκεως ἀνύδρου γῆς ὑπὲρ γενήματος ὀγδόης ἰνδικτίονος ἀκολούθως τῇ μισθώσει ἐκ πλήρους, καὶ εἰς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν ἐξεδώκαμέν σοι τήνδε τὴν πληρωτικὴν ἀποχὴν ὡς πρόκειται. ἐγράφη Ἐπεὶφ δεκάτῃ ὀγδόης ἰνδικτίονοςὀγδόῃὀγδοης . Κωμάσιος Θωμᾶ διάκονος στοιχεῖστοιχοῖ μοι ἡ ἀποχὴ ὡς πρόκειται. Χριστό δωρος πρεσβύτερος στοιχ εῖ μοι ἡ ἀποχὴ ὡς πρό κειται.
