ὑπογράφοντος καὶ Φοιβάμμωνος μετὰ συναινέσεως Ἑλλαδίου τοῦ προειρημένου συναινοῦντος αὐτῷ Φοιβάμμωνι ὀψιναλ εἰς πᾶσαν τὴν σύνθεσιν καὶ βεβαίωσιν ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν. Αὐρηλίοις Φοιβάμμωνι καὶ τῇ συμβίῳ Ἡραΐδι θυγατρὶ Πάλου τοῦ μακαρίτου Αὐρήλιαι καὶ Σταυροφανία καὶ Εὐφημία μετὰ συναινέσεως ἀποταττόμεναι καὶ ἀποταξάμεναι πάσῃ βοηθείᾳ νόμων συγγράφῳ καὶ δικαίῳ λογισμῷ κατὰ νεαρὰν διάταξιν intercessionisintercessionos παραγραφῇ· τὸ αὐτὸταυτον δὲ εἰπεῖν, τ τῆς παρούσης ἐγγράφου πράσεως ἢ μέρους ἢ δικαίου ἑκουσίᾳ γνώμῃ καὶ αὐθαιρέτῳ καὶ ἀμετανοήτῳ καὶ ἐπομνύμεναι πρὸς τῆς ἁγίας καὶ ὁμοουσίου τριάδος πεπράκαμεν Φοιβάμμωνι καὶ τῇ συμβίῳ Ἡραΐδι καὶ καταγεγραφήκαμεν καὶ πάσῃ ἐξουσίᾳ καὶ αἰωνίᾳ κατοχῇκατοχοι καὶ ἀπὸ του νῦν ἐπὶ τὸ παντελὲς τὴν διαφέρουσαν ἡμῖν οἰκοδομίαν ὁλόκληρον σεσαθρωμένην φCross-references (3)
