Ταρία τῷ ἀδελφῷ μου Ἀπολλῷ χαίρειν. ἐβάσταζέ με παραδοῦναιπαραδοῦνέ με ΕισαδηνΕισαδον ι, ὡς παραδέδωκας τὴν οἰκίαν σου. ΤαψάινΤαψάις ἐμεμψάμηνἐμεμψάμεν ὅτι οὐκ ἔπεμ ψάς μοι κέρμα. δεκάκις σοι ἔπεμψαπεπεμ ψψα καὶ ἄρτι ἔπεμψα διὰ Διοσκόρου τοῦ ἐπιδιδόντος σοι τὸ ἐπιστόλιονἐπιστόλειν ἄλλας δραχμὰς φ. οὐκ ἀπῆλθες. πόρισαιπόρισε μισθάριονμισθάριν ἐμοὶ δὸς ἔστιἔτι σοι μισθάριονμισθάριν καὶ δὸς παρὰ σοῦ Ἐμπουι Αὐνᾶτθος παρὰ τῆς δούλης σου Ταψαις μέχρι σήμερον α τοῦ Παῦνι ἐρρῶσθαίἐρρῶστέ σε εὔχομαιεὔχομε πολλοῖς ἀπόδος ἈπολλωνίῳἈπολλωνίου seal παρὰ ΤαρίαςΤαρίαTranslations (1)
Taria to my brother Apollo, greetings. You urged me to deliver to Isadene, as you entrusted your house. I chastised you for not sending me a coin. I sent you ten and now I have sent [additional] drachmas via Dioscorus, the one bringing you the letter. You did not depart. Provide me with a salary, still a salary [is due], and give it from yourself. Empoui Aunathos, from your maidservant Tapsais until today, 1st of Pauni. I pray for your well-being. Repay Apollonios many [times] from Taria's seal.
