δέδωκεν ὀνόματος Ἑρμοδώρου ννρο διὰ κληρονόμων Μουσαίου ἀπὸ Ναγώγεως εἰς λόγον ἐμβολῆς κανόνος δευτέρας ἰνδικτίωνος σίτου καθαροῦ ἀρτάβας ἑπτά, γίνονται ἀρτάβαι ζ· ἄκυρον εἶναι καὶ ἀνίσχυρον τὸ ἐντάγιον Φαρεσμανίου τῆς αὐτῆς β ἰνδικτίωνος. Φοιβάμμων διαστολεὺς συμφωνῶ.
