Σουηροῦς Σαραπίωνι καὶ Χαιρήμωνι τοῖς κυρίοις καὶ υἱοῖς πολλὰ χαίρειν. πρὸ μὲν πάντων εὔχομαι ὑμᾶς ὑγιαίνειν καὶ διὰ παντὸς ἐρρῶσ θαι σὺν τῷ ἀδελφῷ ὑμῶνἡμῶν. κόμισαι παρὰ τοῦ ἀναδιδόνντος σοι τὸ ἐπιστόλιον τὴν σφραγῖδασφραγγῖδαν στραγγίδαστραγγίδαν ὡς ἔγραψας καὶ σφραγί δια δ ὡς ἔγραψας. ἄσπαζε τοὺς φιλοῦντας ἡμᾶς πάνταςπάντες κατʼκαθʼ ὄνο μα. παρακαλῶ ὑμᾶςἡμᾶς ὑπὸ χεῖραχαιραν μοι γράψαι περὶ τῆς ὑγιείαςὑγίας ὑμῶν. ἐγὼ γὰρ δυσκόλως εὑρίσκω εἴ τίς μοι γράψῃ. ἔρρωσο. ἀπόδος Σαραπίωνι Χαιρήμωνι ἀπὸ Σουηροῦτος μητρὸς.
