Ἁρποκρατίωνι στρατηγῷ Ἀρσινοίτου Θεμίστου καὶ Πολέμωνος μερίδων παρὰ Πανεφρέμμεως τοῦ Ἥρωνος τοῦ Ἥρωνος μητρὸς Ταφεῦτος τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς κώμης Θεαδελφείας. ἀπογράφομαι ἐμαυτὸν εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος κγ ἔτους Θεοῦ Αἰλίου Ἀντωνίνου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφήν. καὶ εἰμι Πανεφρέμμις ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἐτῶν νθ, καταγείνομαι δὲ ἐν συνοικίᾳ οὐσιακῇ ἐν κώμῃ Ἀπιάδι τῆς αὐτῆς μερίδος. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι τὴν ἀπογραφήν. ἔτους α Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Λουκίου Αὐρηλίου Οὐήρου Σεβαστοῦ. And I am the aforementioned Panephremmis, 59 years old, have my residence in a tenement-house of an estate in the village Apias of the same division, therefore I present the declaration.
