ὑπατείας τῶν δεσ ποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου Αὐγούστου τὸ η καὶ Κλαυδίου Ἰου λιανοῦ Καίσαρος τὸ α Αὐρήλιος Ὡρίων ὁ προκείμενος ἐθέμην τὴν ὁμολογίαν ἐφʼ αἷς περιέχει διαστολαῖς πάσαις ὡς πρόκειται καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος Αὐρήλιος ς Τιθοέους κωμογραμματέως τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης.
