Αὐρηλίωι ρονι παρὰ Ὀρσενούφιος τοῦ Ὀρσενούφιος ἀπὸ κώμης Τανε ἀπογράφομαι εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος κγ ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου κατ' οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα ὑπὸ Φουρίου Οὐικτωρίνου τοῦ ἡγεμονεύσαντος μέρος οἰκίας ἐν τῆι αὐτῆι κώμηι ἐν ᾧ οἰκῶ καὶ Ψενσου καὶ ὑπάρχει μοι ἐν τῆι αὐτῆι κώμηι καὶ ὑπάρχει μοι ἐν τῆι αὐτῆι κώμηι καὶ ὑπάρχει μοι ἄλλο μέρος καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς τύχην ἐξ ὑγιοῦς καὶ ἐπ' ἀληθείας ἐπιδεδωκέναι τὴν προκειμένην ἀπογραφὴν καὶ μηδὲν διεψεῦσθαι, ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῶι ὅρκωι. ἔτους κδ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς month, day Ὀρσενοῦφις Ὀρσενούφιος ἐπιδέδωκα τὴν ἀπογραφὴν ὡς πρόκειται. ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος.
