ει τοπογραμματεῖ παρὰ Διονυσίου τοῦ Λέοντος Καρυστίου τῶν Πτολεμαίου καὶ τῶν ἀδελφῶν ἑξηκονταρούρου. ὑπαρχουσῶν μοι ἐν τῶι ἰδίωι κλήρωι περὶ τὰ Χαλκωρύχια κροτωνοφόρου γῆς ἀρουρῶν γ καὶ τὰ τούτων γινόμενα βασιλικὰ παρασχομένου μου κατʼ ἐ νιαυτὸν ἕκαστον ἀνεγκλήτως ἐν δὲ τῶι λθ ἔτει σου παραγενομένου εἰς τὸν κλῆρον σὺν Πτολεμαίωι τῶι παρὰ βασιλικοῦ γραμματέως προσκωι ἀρουρ ιγ τὰς ἄλλας τοῖς βασιλικοῖς εἰκασίαν ἐποίησανἐπόησαν τὰς κρότωνος ἀρούρας ιϛ. ἐπιδίδω μι ὑπολεγόμενος τὴν κροτωνοφόρον ὅπως παραθῶ τοὺς καρποὺς ὡς καθήκει μέχρι τοῦ παρα κεκομίσθαι πάντα εἰς τὸ βασιλικόν. τούτου δὲ γενομένου ἔσομαι ἀσυκο φάντητος καὶ οὐθὲν τῶν εἰς τὸ βασιλικὸν χρησίμων διαπεσεῖται. ευτύχει.Translations (1)
If, by the office of the registrar, from Dionysios, the son of Leon, of Karystos, concerning the royal lands and lands of the brothers, sixty arourai [...]. I possess in my own plot near the Chalkourychia three arourai of land, and I will provide from these the royal dues annually without fault. In the year 39 (?), when you come to the plot with Ptolemaios, the agent from the royal secretary, and inspect the other arourai, they estimated sixteen (16?) arourai for the crops. I offer assurance to deliver the crop as is due until everything is carried to the royal estate. When this has been done, I will be free from false accusation, and nothing useful for the royal estate will be wasted. Farewell.
