ὁμολογοῦσιν ἀλλήλοις Θέων Εὐδαίμονος ἀπ’ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως ἐγγυητήςἐνγυητὴς άδου δοθέντος εἰς ἀπαί τησιν σὺν πεντηκοστῇ καὶ Ἁρποκρατίων Σαραπ ιος ὁ καὶ Ἀλθαιεύς, ὁ μὲν Θέ ων Εὐδαίμονος ἀποσυνεστακέναι τὸν Ἁρποκρατίωνα εἰς τὴν γραμματείαν καὶ τὴν ἀπαίτησιν ποιησόμε νον ων τῇ δηλουμένῃ ἀπαι τήσει τὸ εἰσιὸν δέκατον ἔτος ἀνθ’ ὧν λήμ ψεσθαι τὸν Ἁρποκρατίωνα παρὰ τοῦ Θέωνος Εὐδαίμονος ὑπὲρ δραχμὰς εἴκοσι, ὁ δ’ αὐτὸς Ἁρποκρα τίων εὐδοκεῖν ἐπὶ πᾶσιν τούτοις καὶ τὴν ἀπαί τησιν ποιήσεσθαι α τὸν Θέωνα Εὐδαίμονος ει τῇ δηλουμένῃ ἀπαι τήσει α τὰ δηλούμενα ἐκ τῆς διαγράψαι μη ἐμπροθέσμωςἐνπροθέσμως ἐπὶ τὴν δημοσίαν τράπεζαν καὶ ἐκδώσεινἐκδώσιν σύμ βολα αυτου πρὸς τὸ τὸν Θέωνα ἀπαρενόχλητον καὶ ἀνείσπρακτον οντη vestigesCross-references (3)
