ὑπατείας Φλαυίων Τατιανοῦ τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἐπάρχου τοῦ ἱεροῦ πραιτωρίου καὶ Συμμάχου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἀπὸ ἐπάρχων Παῦνι δ. Αὐρήλιος Ἑρμείας Σιλβανοῦ ἑξῆς ὑπογράφων ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως τῆς λαμπροτάτης Αὐρηλίῳ Πούωνι ἐριοπώλῃ χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ πεπλη ρῶσθαι παρά σου ὧν μοι χρεωστεῖς ἀργυρίου τάλαντα ων, περὶ ὧν ἐνέτυχον κατά σου τῇ ἐξουσίᾳ τοῦ κυρίου μου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἡγεμόνος Φλαυίου Ἀσκληπιάδου ἩσεχίουἈσκληπιάδου Ἡσυχίου καὶ οὐδένα λόγον ἔχω πρός σε περὶ τούτου καὶ πρὸς ἀσφάλειάν σου ἐξέδωκά σοι τήνδε τὴν διάλυσιν κυρίαν οὖσαν καὶ βεβαίαν καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
