Διόδοτος Νωρβανᾶς Κλαρᾶς ἐπακολουθοῦντος Γαίου Ἰουλίου Σαλουίου Μητόκῳ σιτολόγωι χαίρειν· μέτρησον Σόφῳ συνδούλῳ ὑπὲρ μηνὸς Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Φαῶφι καὶ Νέου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Χοιὰχ μηνῶν δ πυροῦ ἀρτάβας τέσσαρας γίνονται δ. ἔτους ιβ Νέρωνος Κλαυδίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος μηνὸς Χοιὰκ κ.
