Διόδοτος Νωρβάνας Κλάρας ἐπακολουθοῦντος Γαίου Ἰουλίου Σαλουίου Μητόκωι σιτολόγωι χαίρειν· μέτρησον ἐμοὶ ὑπὲρ μηνὸς Φαρμοῦθι καὶ Παχὼν καὶ Παῦνι καὶ Ἐπίφιφ καὶ Μεσσορὴ τοῦ ἑνδεκάτου ἔτους μηνῶν πέντε πυροῦ ἀρτάβας ε καὶ καὶ ὑπὲρ μηνὸς Σεβαστοῦ τοῦ δωδεκάτου ἔτους καὶ Φαῶφι καὶ Νέου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Χοιὰχ μηνῶν τεσσάρωντεσάρων πυροῦ ἀρτάβας τέσσαραςτέσαρας γίνονται πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι θ. ἔτους ιβ Νέρωνος Κλαυδίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος μηνὸς Χοιὰχ κ.
