ἔτους ὀκτωκαιδεκάτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Τῦβι κγ. ἀπὸ τῆς Χαιρήμονος καὶ μετόχων τραπέ ζης Διονυσιάδος.
